Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order.  You will need the invoice number for returns or exchange.

No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. 

Placing an Order

When you are done shopping, click “checkout” to place your order.  All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don’t want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart before you proceeding to checkout. During checkout you will be asked to provide the following:

• Your credit card billing address
• Shipping address if different
• Your e-mail address for information pertaining to your order
• Your credit card type, number, expiration date and security code (the last 3 digits on the back of the card, by the signature box)

Returns and Exhanges

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise purchased directly from spidersandcaviar.com may be returned within 14 days of original purchase date.

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

We will only refund shipping charges, if we’ve sent the wrong items or if they are defective.
